Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, thus we will do our best to safeguard your personal information to any third party organization. We do not store any credit card information on our customers nor provide any personal information to mailing lists.

Orders

Given the part-time nature of our business, please allow 7-14 days for your order to be acknowledged and shipped. An email confirmation will be sent to you, if an email address has been provided, once to confirm your order and again when your order has been completed and shipment has been made.

Special Orders

If you see a particular shape or specific wood that you would like, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your request. Please keep in mind that some woods are rare and/or hard to find and may be unavailable at the time of your request.

Payments

Payments for merchanidse offered on this website are accepted only thru PayPal which has a very high level of security to protect against fraud and identity theft. You can pay for your purchases using either a major credit card or via your PayPal account. The security and convenience of this system allows us to provide you better customer service and peace of mind. All charges, inclucing shipping, should be readily apparant before you confirm your order. Please note: all appropriate sales taxes have included in the purchase price, and no additional charges should show up on your invoice.

Shipping Charges

All shipping charges are estimated for the continental United States only. Shipping costs to Hawaii, Alaska, or any overseas location are much more difficult to estimate. If you live in one of these areas and we are shipping to you, we will contact you via email to provide you with precise shipping options and charges to your particular location. No orders will be shipped in these instances pending your approval of all shipping charges. If you live in an area outside the continental United States and would like to know your actual shipping charges prior to placing an order, please feel free to contact us. Every effort has vbeen made to secure the least expensive, yet most reliable delivery service possible. Most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Standard Ground.

Returns

Our goal is complete 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of purchase price (shipping costs not included). Care should be taken when returning items to ensure they are returned in original condition and in original packaging with enough packing to prevent any damage to the product. Please return all items to the address on your invoice. In the rare event you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately so we can notify the carrier if appropriate. Return of damaged or defective products will receive a full refund including all shipping costs.

Warranty

We warranty all our products against major defects, such as cracking of the wood, for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Conditions that occur due to normal wear and tear and/or improper use by customer are not covered under this warranty. If on the rare occasion under normal use, you notice a defect, please contact us to obtain a shipping label. Return shipping costs are the responsibiltiy of the customer. We reserve the right to repair or replace your item at our discretion. Defects that occur beyond the warranty period may be repairable for a reasonable charge; however please contact us before returning any item.
